Delivery area

We deliver within Austria (with the Austrian Post) as well as to Germany(with DPD). For deliveries to other countries, please contact us directly.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are shown separately during the order process before you complete your order. The following rates apply:

• Austria: free shipping from an order value of 150,00 €, below that 9,90 € per order
• Germany: from 12,00 € (depending on weight)
• Collection from the farm in Teesdorf: free

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes place within3–7 working days after confirmation of your order. Delivery time details are estimated and not binding, unless a fixed date has been agreed.

Collection from the farm

You can also collect your order directly from us (Wiener Neustädter Straße 75, 2524 Teesdorf). We arrange an appointment for this by Email or by phone.

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available during the order process: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, advance payment by bank transfer, and cash on delivery. The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.

Proof of age

We only sell wine and other alcoholic beverages to persons who have reached the legal minimum age (wine and beer from 16, spirits from 18 years). Proof of age may be requested upon delivery. Further details in our AGB.

Packaging

We ship in sturdy, wine-suitable packaging. Despite careful packaging, slight sediment may occur due to transport — please let the bottles rest briefly before drinking.
