and on we go
Catches what doesn't stay on the vine. Less spray, less drift — our crop protection gets better once again.
InvestmentNewly built, and in English too since August — with an order form, online shop and vouchers.
LaunchThe new press has more space. This means fewer transfers and gentler handling of the grapes.
Our old press was too small. With larger batches we had to divert into a mash tank and move the mash a second time — and every extra movement shows in the wine later. The new press holds enough that this detour is no longer needed. Fewer transfers, less pumping, less friction: that's the whole improvement, and we expect a lot from it.
InvestmentRoast goose is back at our Heuriger in October.
In October we open once more: from 15 to 18 and from 22 to 26 October. On the Gansl days, from 22 to 26 October, Gansl (roast goose) is served. We're doing our very best to make it the best you'll eat this year. Best to book a table right away.
Seasonal workThe new vintage goes into the cellar — and into the glass as young wine in November.
The 2026 vintage is in the cellar, fermenting away. In November the time comes: the first young wine of the year is poured, fresh and fruity, just as a young wine should be.
LaunchTwelve small bottles of 0,1875 litres — our introductory offer.
Twelve small bottles of 0,1875 litres each, 12 euros in total. That way you can taste your way through our wines without buying twelve large bottles straight away. And once you've found your favourite, you'll know exactly what to order.
LaunchWe would like you to be able to find our wine in more places.
We are looking for new wine retailers who are a good fit for us. Anyone who gets in touch should receive a prompt reply.
InvestmentA new YouTube channel and more of us on social media.
Showing more of what we do: from the vineyard, from the cellar, from the Heuriger (wine tavern). We're also launching our own YouTube channel and will be on social media more often in general.
LaunchFor businesses and private customers.
Wine makes a good gift. For Christmas we put together packs, for companies as a thank-you to their customers and for anyone who'd like to give someone a treat.
LaunchFood to take away. Details to follow.
Tamara cooks, you collect: during the feel-good weeks there's food to take away. We'll share the details in good time.
Seasonal workIn Stockholm, we are presenting our wines and meeting new wine partners.
We're going to the wine fair in Stockholm. Beforehand we'll look for retailers who suit us, contact them and prepare well, so that every conversation there is worthwhile.
InvestmentThe official announcement — with a surprise.
We'll officially announce when our Heuriger (wine tavern) is open in 2027. And this time there's a surprise in store.
LaunchOpen for a few days before Christmas — with a smaller menu and Christmas specials.
A few days before Christmas we're open once more, from 17 to 19 December. With a smaller menu, Christmas specials and time for a chat over a glass of wine. You can already book online.
Seasonal workFor certain varieties we're switching to cordon training.
In winter we prune the vines. For certain varieties we're switching to cordon training. A change like this takes a few years before the vine has its new shape.
Seasonal workAt the Filmquartier Wien.
On 25 January we're presenting our wines in Vienna, at the Filmquartier. A good opportunity to meet us and taste the new vintages.
InvestmentOn 12 and 13 February we'll be at Wein & Genuss in Linz. Come along and taste your way through.
InvestmentThe world's largest wine fair, and we're there for the first time. We're inviting international retailers to visit us.
Wine Paris is the world's largest wine fair. From 15 to 17 February we're taking part for the first time. We'll use January to prepare: we're inviting international retailers to visit us at our stand.
