Organic winery and Heuriger (wine tavern) Frühwirth in Teesdorf, Thermenregion

Prestige.Staging.Standing still.

Others can have that.

We're obsessed.

  • With the best wine our soil can produce.
  • With vineyards that grow healthier instead of more tired.
  • With Honesty, even where it hurts.
  • With quality without limits.

The last few metres of the wine year, the ones that hurt.

In every wine year there comes a point where it's enough. The wine is good. No one would miss anything.

That's exactly where we start.

We call these the last few metres. The ones that hurt: at harvest, with plant protection, in the cellar, at bottling.

And to be clear: we take most of these steps for nothing. Often we ourselves don't know whether they made any difference. We take them anyway, because we learn something each time.

Organic and vegan since 2016. Every vintage goes its own way, none like the one before.

Lower Austrian State Wine Tasting 2026: 17 of the 18 wines we entered took gold or better, plus the overall state winner.

Every year something falls away, every year something is added. Not because we have to. Because we can't help it.

See for yourself: one glass is enough.
